This is a series of 13 cubes, four of which are finished and a fifth is in a finalizing stage. With this series I want to emphasize the beauty within.

The surface is rough - hard – heavy – cold, on a base of burnt wood. But inside, something beautiful is unfolding. With this piece I want to draw attention that positivity and beauty can break through the rough hard surface of the cube.

Beauty that I Hope can be found in every situation, person.

The cube series is mainly made of iron with a thickness between 10 mm and 21 mm, from which a large piece or large pieces have been removed.
